Barilla® Collezione Casarecce with Artichokes & Black Truffle Butter
Ingredients
Serves 6
| 1 | Box Barilla® Collezione Casarecce | 
| 1 | Garlic clove, gently pressed | 
| 6 | Artichokes, cleaned and sliced | 
| ½ | Cup beef broth | 
| 1 | Cup heavy cream | 
| 5 | Tablespoons black truffle butter, divided | 
| ½ | Cup Romano cheese, freshly grated | 
| 1 | Tablespoon Italian parsley, chopped | 
| To taste | Salt and black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
In a skillet sauté garlic with 2 tablespoons of truffle butter for one minute over high heat, add artichokes and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in broth and cream then season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
Step 5
Finish with parsley, remaining truffle butter and cheese before serving.
