Ingredients
Serves 8
| 1 | Box Barilla® Fettuccine | 
| 7 | Tablespoons butter | 
| 5 | ½ Ounces Prosciutto di Parma | 
| ½ | Cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese | 
| ½ | Cup parsley |

Method
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat but make sure it does not bubble or brown.
Step 2
Add the prosciutto cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Do not cook the prosciutto, merely leave it in the pan until it becomes warm.
Step 4
When the prosciutto is warm, remove it from the heat.
Step 5
In a large pot of lightly salted boiling water cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the butter and the prosciutto, add the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, stir and serve.
