4 | Ounces Barilla® Gluten Free Fettuccine pasta |
15 | Ounce package of herb cheese |
5 | Cloves of garlic, smashed |
10 | Ounces of cherry tomatoes |
4 | Tablespoons of olive oil |
½ | Red onion, diced |
½ | Teaspoon of Italian seasoning |
To taste | Salt and Black pepper |
To taste | Parmesan cheese and Basil for garnish |

Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Drizzle olive oil over everything in the baking dish, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Step 3
Once preheated, place in the oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, add Barilla® Fettuccine pasta to boiling water and follow cooking instructions on the box.
Step 4
Remove the baking dish from the oven, mix with a wooden spoon until everything is incorporated. Add pasta and gently mix together.
Step 5
Place pasta in a bowl, and garnish with parmesan cheese and basil.
