| 1 | Cup heavy Cream |
| 1 | Cup cheddar cheese, grated |
| ¼ | Cup Monterrey Jack cheese, grated |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over low heat bring heavy cream to a simmer.
Step 3
Whisk in cheese and seasoning to taste.
Step 4
Drain pasta well and mix with cheese sauce.
