Ingredients
Serves 4
| 1 | Box Barilla® Protein+™ Penne | 
| ½ | Cup Barilla® Tomato & Basil Sauce | 
| 2 | Cups broccoli florets | 
| 3 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil | 
| ¼ | Teaspoon Red Chili Pepper Flakes | 
| ¾ | Teaspoon salt | 
| 1 | Cup 2% milk | 
| 1 | Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese freshly grated |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 3
Add broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking time, then drain.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan.
Step 5
Add Tomato & Basil Sauce, salt and red pepper flakes.
Step 6
Simmer 2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 7
Stir in milk, warm gently over low heat.
Step 8
Remove from heat.
Step 9
Add cheese and stir.
Step 10
Toss sauce with pasta and broccoli.
Step 11
Serve immediately.
