| 1 | Jar Barilla® Creamy Tomato Pesto |
| 1 | Pint Multicolor Cherry Tomatoes, Halved |
| 1 | Cup Mozzarella Pearls |
| ¼ | Cup Basil, Microgreen |
| 2 | Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided |

Method
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 220 °F. Place the halved cherry tomatoes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, face-up; bake for 2 hours.
Step 2
Remove tomatoes from the oven; turn the temperature up to 425 °F.
Step 3
Drizzle the bread with 1 tablespoon olive oil, bake in the oven until slightly crispy, about 6-7 minutes. Take the crostini out, let cool.
Step 4
Spread pesto on crostini then top with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
Step 5
Garnish with micro basil and remaining olive oil.
Tip
For a quicker version cherry tomatoes can be used either raw, seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper or flashed roasted at 450 °F until blistered.
