Serves 6
| 1 | Box Barilla ® Collezione Penne | 
| 1 | Cup bacon, julienne | 
| 1 | Lb. Brussels sprouts, quartered | 
| 5 | Leaves of sage, chopped | 
| 2 | Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil | 
| To taste | Salt and pepper | 
| ½ | Cup crumbled gorgonzola |

Method
Step 1
Place a pot of water to boil, turn on oven to 425°F.
Step 2
In a small skillet render bacon until crispy.
Step 3
Drain the fat on the Brussel sprouts, add olive oil, sage, salt and pepper and roast in the oven until brown.
Step 4
Cook pasta according to directions, drain and toss with Brussel sprouts, bacon and crumbled gorgonzola before serving.
