| 1 | Package Barilla® Three Cheese Tortellini Pasta |
| 3 | Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided |
| ½ | Lemon, Juiced |
| 2 | Pints Cherry Tomatoes, Halved |
| ⅓ | Cup Basil, Sliced |
| To Taste | Lemon Zest, Sea Salt & Black Pepper |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a bowl, then toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Step 2
Mix remaining olive oil with lemon juice, then add to the pasta.
Step 3
Stir in tomatoes and basil, then season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with lemon zest if desired.
Tip
Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
