Serves 6
| 1 | Box Barilla® Snowfall pasta |
| 4 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 | Vidalia onion, small dice |
| 1 | Pound Italian sausage |
| 1 | Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
| 1 | 28 oz. San Marzano tomato, chopped |
| ½ | Cup Dry White wine |
| ¼ | Cup Parmigiano, grated |
| ¼ | Cup Parsley, chopped |
| To Taste | Sea Salt & Black Pepper |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta according to package directions; reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a skillet over med/high heat add olive oil and onion, and cook for 2-3 min.
Step 3
Add sausage and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 4-5 min or until sausage is browned.
Step 4
Add white wine and deglaze by half.
Step 5
Add tomatoes and cook an additional 5-10 min.
Step 6
Add pasta to sauce and a couple splashes of pasta water with half of the cheese and parsley. Mix well; if the sauce looks dry, add more pasta water. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Step 7
Top with remaining parsley and cheese.
